Kinbee is a two-sided marketplace to connect parents looking for ad-hoc Day Care choices with Day Cares that have spots open for the day.
Kinbee was founded by Jenna Claypool in Bemidji, MN. She has the vision to impact families, home daycare businesses, and local economies by doing two things:
1. Giving families the ability to find childcare when they need it most, so they won’t have to call into work, and they can save their vacation days and use them on their terms.
2. Allowing hard-working daycare providers to increase their incomes by filling the extra space in their daycares.
Where Kinbee was stuck
Kinbee wanted to find an end-to-end full-stack development team who could build their marketplace and ensure a comprehensive administration panel as well. Kinbee’s founder did not have a technical background and wanted a fractional CTO to take over the technical responsibilities.
Kinbee wanted a partner who could take the work from defining the requirement for the MVP, building the platform and admin panel, and making sure it was beta tested with a comparable audience to the prospects.
